How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?

Ideally, it's recommended to book a wedding planner 12-18 months in advance to ensure availability and enough time to plan every detail. However, no matter where you are in your planning process, we’re here to help! 

Can you help with destination weddings?

Absolutely! We will help you plan a seamless event, regardless of location. Also, if you’re not local to Southern California, but want to get married here, we can work with you remotely from anywhere in the world to plan your perfect day. We’ll guide you through every detail, from vendor selection to coordination, ensuring a seamless experience regardless of where you're located.

Do you provide wedding design services?

Yes! We offer design services that include theme development, color palettes, floral arrangements, and décor styling. We’d be happy to share examples of our previous work—just ask, and we’ll send them your way!

Can you help with choosing a wedding venue?

Of course! We can guide you through the venue selection process by recommending places that fit your vision, budget, and guest count. We will also assist in researching more options or reaching out to ones you’re already interested in. We’re happy to help you explore different venues, from local gems to well-known spots!

Why don't you offer just day-of coordination?

We believe in providing the best experience for our couples, which is why we start managing your wedding 1-3 months before your big day. This extra time allows us to get to know your vision, organize logistics, confirm vendor details, and troubleshoot any potential issues before the event. By getting involved earlier, we can ensure everything runs smoothly and that you feel relaxed and confident on the big day. It’s more than just showing up on the event day—it’s about preparing every detail to make your wedding perfect.

Can I meet you before booking?

We’d love to meet with you first to get to know each other and chat about your vision for the big day. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions, share your ideas, and make sure we’re the right fit for your needs. It's important to feel comfortable and excited about moving forward!

How do we communicate during the planning process?

We offer multiple communication options to fit your preferences, including phone calls, video chats, emails, WhatsApp and in-person meetings. We’ll make sure to stay in close contact and keep you updated on every detail of your wedding planning journey.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer two payment options for your convenience: you can either pay in full upfront or break it into installments. For your convenience, we accept Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, and ACH. Please feel free to reach out to us for more details or to discuss which option works best for you!
